Organizational Checklist

Pre-Incident Checklist

       Company has minimum of 3 large coolers for water/sports drinks

Supply of sports drinks, sports bars, access to ice

Clipboards with EIR reports, EIR plans, check-in sheets and pens

Cups and trash bags

          Ladies Auxiliary are ready to make soup and sandwiches for long operations.  (Avoid mayonnaise etc)

Medical equipment for EIR:

                          Bp cuffs/stethoscopes (3-4 minimum)

                          Ice packs                   (15 minimum)

                          Heat packs                (10 minimum)

                          Thermometer            (1 minimum)

                          Oxygen equipment    (2-3 tanks minimum)

                          AED                          (1)

                          IV solutions                         (4- 1L bags with supplies)

Miscellaneous Supplies

                Awnings

                Fans or smoke ejectors

                Tarps

                Heater

                Floodlights

                Blankets

                                 Towels

                Traffic Cones

                Fireline tape  (to identify EIR)
